During the site visit, we assess the existing kitchen, take measurements, and look at the plumbing, electrical, walls, flooring, and other conditions that may affect the remodel. We'll also discuss any layout changes you're considering.

Develop the Scope and Budget
Once we understand your vision, we'll prepare the project scope, preliminary budget, allowance list, and preconstruction details. You'll have a clearer picture of the remodeling process and what the project includes before work begins.

Plan the Kitchen
We coordinate the design details for the remodel, including custom cabinetry, kitchen countertop replacement, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, backsplashes, and other finish selections.

Your project manager coordinates demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry installation, countertops, flooring, finish work, and the remaining trades throughout construction. Once everything is complete, we'll walk through the finished kitchen with you and address any remaining project details.
