Empire Builders recently completed a remarkable additions project in Santa Paula. The scope of this project was extensive, involving the addition of a beautiful patio cover, an outdoor kitchen, and a laundry room. In order to accommodate these new additions, we had to undertake some major renovations. The entire home was re-roofed, and the stucco was redone to ensure a seamless integration with the new structures. Additionally, we had to strip the stucco on one side of the house to run electricity for countertop outlets, and the roof had to be stripped to accept the roof framing for the patio cover. To create a stunning aesthetic, the underside of the roof was covered with tongue and groove pine, while the cabinets were skillfully built using metal studs and hardie backer layered with stacked stone veneer.
